Customer Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls in a timely and effective manner.

• Service electromechanical devices, such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Conduct maintenance repairs and comprehensive system overhauls.

• Oversee network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Organize and prioritize customer issues while proactively addressing challenges.

• Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and interactive manner to find solutions.

• Complete both formal virtual and practical training sessions.

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand while providing support to financial institutions and retail clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate from the specified geographic area.

• Minimum age of 19 years.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet standards.

• Proficient PC skills, basic electronic knowledge, and familiarity with operating systems.

• Capability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Willingness to travel for extended periods, driving several hours each day.

• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.

• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Physical ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and use hands to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of various sizes.
