📋 Description

• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade customer equipment along with associated hardware, software, and network components.

• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore services and reduce downtime.

• Deliver technical support across customer environments and with third-party technologies.

• Sustain daily customer relationships, communicate service updates, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Identify problems through service requests, system observations, and customer feedback to determine root causes and implement solutions.

• Manage customer issues to resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Complete maintenance, service, and activity reports.

• Ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.
