📋 Description

• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade customer equipment along with associated hardware, software, and network components.

• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore service and reduce downtime.

• Offer technical support across customer environments and with third-party technologies.

• Maintain daily customer relationships, communicate service updates, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Identify root causes and implement solutions by diagnosing problems through service requests, system observations, and customer feedback.

• Manage customer issues until resolution in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Generate maintenance, service, and activity reports while ensuring adherence to operational and safety procedures.
