This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and present training materials, webinars, and workshops both in-person and online
• Enhance customer empowerment and boost retention rates through effective training
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Sales teams to discover opportunities for deeper engagement and greater product adoption
• Serve as a liaison between the product team and clients, translating product advancements into customer value
• Work alongside L&D, operations, product, and marketing teams to develop training resources
• Partner with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to grasp customer requirements and prepare for training sessions
• Provide insights to product and marketing teams based on customer feedback and inquiries
• Improve product messaging and enhance customer experience touchpoints
• Travel to dealership locations for customer training, which may include multi-day or extended trips
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products within the Fullpath suite
• Design and customize consultative training strategies tailored for each customer
• Build and sustain a resource library that includes presentations, user guides, e-learning modules, video guides, FAQs, and best practices
• Engage confidently and professionally with dealership owners, managers, and staff, demonstrating resilience
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Customer Success
• At least 2 years in the automotive technology sector
• A minimum of 2 years in creating and delivering professional training content (highly preferred)
• Proficient in Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, Jira, G Suite, Slack, and ZenDesk
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment with a customer-focused approach
• A self-motivated problem solver who proactively identifies solutions and takes initiative
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and change
• Resilience and poise when dealing with challenging personalities and skeptical dealership stakeholders
• Capacity to independently manage individual projects while sharing insights and experiences with the team
• Prior experience with lead management, CRM-type products, or similar customer-facing platforms is highly valued but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively: 2-4+ times monthly, including 2-3 day trips to week-long assignments
• Flexibility to adapt travel arrangements on short notice
• Preference for candidates located near major airports in PST, MST, or CST
• Valid driver's license required
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work
