Customer Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance the designated territory

• Broaden UFS's outreach by establishing new accounts and boosting product penetration through the introduction of new products

• Oversee existing business to avert account loss and ensure steady growth by increasing product utilization

• Reach agreed-upon sales targets in terms of sales volume and/or sales value

• Supervise pricing and confirm accurate prices at the point of sale

• Execute UFS selling techniques and chefmanship skills

• Organize routing to optimize time spent at the point of sale

• Address out-of-stock issues and assortment availability immediately

• Ensure shelf space adheres to planograms and enhances brand visibility

• Launch innovations within the designated timeframe

• Guarantee a qualitative in-store brand presence

• Negotiate local initiatives and promotional placements in accordance with company policies

• Enforce national key account agreements and report any point-of-sale discrepancies

• Identify operator opportunities and generate demand through recipes and menus

• Maintain demand and encourage repeat product purchases

• Integrate new products into operator recipes and menus based on requirements

• Sustain customer relationships through regular visits and develop territory and individual account strategies

• Organize and conduct personal or group demonstrations for Food Solutions opportunities

• Expand product applications and uses through chefmanship skills

• Utilize marketing and merchandising support tailored to operator needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent

• Enthusiasm for food and preferably culinary skills

• Openness to being assigned to various locations and performing fieldwork
