Customer Delivery Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Act as the main delivery contact throughout the implementation process.

• Foster trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and instill confidence in the delivery process.

• Facilitate customer kickoff meetings to establish shared objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and collaboration methods.

• Comprehend each institution’s priorities, processes, stakeholders, and academic deadlines.

• Guide customers in making implementation decisions and manage their expectations throughout the journey.

• Create and oversee implementation plans that encompass milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines, and risks.

• Coordinate activities among customers and internal teams, including Sales, Product, Technical Implementation, and Support.

• Engage the appropriate specialists in customer discussions at the right moments.

• Maintain transparent progress reporting to ensure stakeholders are aware of priorities and next steps.

• Manage multiple implementations while delivering a responsive and high-quality customer experience.

• Lead go-live readiness assessments and verify that customer and Pearson requirements are fulfilled.

• Ensure stakeholders are aware of the launch plan, support arrangements, and pending actions.

• Oversee the transition to ongoing account management, customer success, and technical support teams.

• Document implementation results, unresolved items, and lessons learned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading customer onboarding, implementation, service delivery, or other customer-facing projects.

• Exceptional customer relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

• A solution-focused mindset with the capability to convert challenges into actionable solutions.

• Strong skills in planning, organization, and prioritization.

• Clear and confident communication skills across customer, business, and technical audiences.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability without direct authority.

• Confidence in managing evolving requirements, competing priorities, and challenging conversations.

• Comfort in working with digital products or technology-enabled services, even without being a technical expert.

• Experience in higher education, educational technology, publishing, or another complex customer environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
