This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the data migration subject matter expert within the Customer Success team.
• Execute comprehensive customer data migrations from external software platforms into FMX.
• Extract and transform source data utilizing Excel, Power Query, AI, and various other tools.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer data inquiries during the implementation process.
• Recognize and prioritize the data needs of customers.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings alongside the Implementation and Retention teams.
• Conduct technical, module-specific product training sessions for customers.
• Adhere to project priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Enhance client satisfaction through professional service delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with Customer Success Support, Implementation, and Retention teams.
• Refine processes and leverage emerging AI technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
• High level of fluency in AI and a willingness to learn data transformation technologies.
• Creative application of intelligent automation tools.
• Capability to handle a large volume of projects while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings.
• Outstanding attention to detail, communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Familiarity with FMX, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Zendesk, Google Suite, Claude, and Notion AI.
• Authorized to work and reside anywhere in the US.
