This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate automated reports on growth performance for key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth and ad-hoc analyses on marketing strategies, campaign effectiveness, audience behavior, and usage data.
• Monitor and assess marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Convert findings into actionable insights and optimization opportunities through reports and presentations.
• Develop analyses and models that support customer acquisition and growth decisions.
• Extract and cleanse data from Google Analytics 4, social media platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Electrify America utilization data.
• Write, enhance, and document SQL queries.
• Assist in the development of marketing/customer tables and views within database schemas.
• Create and maintain marketing reporting dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Implement visualization best practices and perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gather business requirements and documentation.
• Produce concise stakeholder reports and presentations that feature data-driven recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with analysts and data engineers for analysis and data integration.
• Transform raw data into insights that guide marketing and sales strategies and performance enhancement.
• Travel to Reston four times a year.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• An undergraduate degree.
• Structured problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relational database programming (SQL, Python).
• Experience in business analysis and generating insights.
• Knowledge of machine learning modeling.
• Competence in statistical analysis.
• Skills in data validation.
• Proficiency in data visualization and presentation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with a consultative mindset.
• Project management and scoping experience.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business analysis metrics.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, probability, correlation, and time series analysis.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• SQL query development and execution experience for relational databases.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Strong presentation skills for converting data into actionable insights.
• Experience with agile workflow, project scoping, timeline estimation, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
• E-Verify participation and pre-employment substance abuse testing apply.
• Desired: Knowledge of NoSQL databases and MongoDB query languages.
• Desired: Experience with AWS S3, Aurora, and DocumentDB.
• Desired: Experience in managing and improving cross-functional processes.
