Customer Communications Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute impactful marketing communications across various channels.

• Create and oversee brand and commercial partnerships.

• Assist in integrated campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement, and growth.

• Oversee the Fibrus Broadband customer communications strategy throughout the organization.

• Implement a communications change process that includes logging, tracking, version control, and proper execution.

• Collaborate with customer service, installations, compliance, and marketing teams to craft communications that support vital business metrics.

• Ensure that all communications are compliant with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regulatory standards.

• Create marketing communications for email, WhatsApp, and SMS, including promotions, contests, loyalty programs, and new product launches.

• Identify improvements in the customer communications journey to enhance customer experience and reduce inquiries.

• Proven experience in developing customer marketing communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media channels.

• Familiarity with customer communication management tools such as CRM, Brevo, and HubSpot.

• Experience in measuring customer campaign performance and leveraging insights to guide future communications initiatives.

• Ability to produce communications that align with brand aesthetics.

• Competence in maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice throughout content creation.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams across a large organization and drive change.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly creative and results-oriented.

• Comfortable managing several projects concurrently.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
