Customer Care Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Implement projects related to management system certification.

• Assist clients from the quotation phase through audit preparation to the issuance of certificates.

• Maintain strong and ongoing communication with customers.

• Collaborate closely with field service auditors.

• Convey complex technical concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.

• Address customer challenges proactively, taking initiative and making informed decisions.

• Work in a collaborative customer care team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial management assistant) or a Bachelor's/Master's degree.

• Proven experience in fostering sustainable customer relationships.

• Excellent communication skills in German.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity with various IT applications, such as MS Office and CRM systems.

• Technical knowledge and professional experience in the relevant industry are beneficial.

• Willingness to spend the initial weeks in Essen, Germany, for onboarding and training.

• Background checks will be performed for final candidates in line with applicable country-specific laws and regulations.
