📋 Description

• Assist customers by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal challenges.

• Handle incoming calls from policyholders.

• Acquire knowledge about insurance products and the Jerry app to effectively explain them.

• Address customer inquiries through effective problem-solving techniques.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights to enhance the customer experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor.

• Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

• Uphold a strong work ethic.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Must currently live in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly positions.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Provide P&C license status upon application submission.
