Customer Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of global project control activities.

• Ensure the establishment of uniform functional specifications and standardized global processes for project execution.

• Offer technical expertise and develop solutions, including configuration, performance estimations, and economic assessments, during the pre-ITO requisition phase.

• Collaborate with the commercial team.

• Assess client requirements and define as well as optimize products, scope, schedules, industrial schemes, and costs.

• Evaluate the performance and efficiency of plants, systems, and equipment.

• Record technical specifications and cost elements for future contract execution stages.

• Tailor products and implement them to meet specific customer requirements during OTR.

• Leverage technical knowledge to execute policies and strategies.

• Identify and resolve issues, proposing solutions with guidance.

• Collaborate with various teams and offer informal support to new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting in a customer-facing role.

• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, including technical proposals or manuals.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Solid project management skills.

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screen, if applicable.
