This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Kantata’s worldwide customer advocacy and reference program, encompassing strategy, processes, technology, governance, and metrics.

• Attract and cultivate a diverse network of customer advocates spanning various industries, regions, solutions, and use cases.

• Create case studies, videos, testimonials, executive narratives, and quantifiable proof points.

• Handle sales reference requests by aligning prospects with suitable customers while safeguarding relationships and mitigating advocate fatigue.

• Manage customer review initiatives on platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and other significant sites.

• Source and prepare customers for events, webinars, analyst discussions, awards, media engagements, and executive programs.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Events, Communications, and Analyst Relations.

• Establish recognition and engagement opportunities for customers.

• Track customer permissions, participation history, approved assets, and reference profiles.

• Evaluate advocate growth, reference fulfillment, story production, peer reviews, content activation, influenced pipeline, and revenue impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer advocacy, customer reference, or customer marketing within the B2B technology or SaaS sectors.

• Proven track record in building and expanding a formal advocacy or reference program.

• Demonstrated success in supporting strategic sales initiatives with customer references.

• Strong background in developing case studies, customer videos, testimonials, and event speakers.

• Experience managing programs for G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, or comparable platforms.

• Exceptional executive presence with a talent for fostering trusted relationships with senior customer leaders.

• Excellent skills in interviewing, writing, storytelling, and presentations.

• Remarkable program management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Known for responsiveness, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

• Capability to balance urgent business needs with thoughtful management of customer relationships.

• Familiarity with CRM, reference-management, project-management, and reporting tools.
