Customer Advisor, Online Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and emails in accordance with the guidelines and objectives set by the client and contact center management.

• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information while adhering to established procedures.

• Achieve and surpass customer service quality targets, compliance standards, and productivity goals.

• Efficiently execute daily tasks as assigned within the designated timeframe.

• Ensure the accuracy and security of customer data within the database.

• Recognize and appropriately escalate issues as needed.

• Draft thoughtful and precise messages or tailor prepared responses to customer emails.

• Manage and oversee multiple concurrent tasks simultaneously.

• Offer professional advice and support to Norwegian customers concerning product defects, payment queries, content, products, and related inquiries.

• Complete required training prior to engaging with customers.

• Proficient in speaking and writing Norwegian at a native level.

• Fluent in English (B2 level).

• Previous experience in customer support and the travel industry is advantageous, although not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of computer handling skills.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and grow, along with a curious mindset for investigation and problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in phone interactions.

• Excellent listening skills.

• Good skills in building interpersonal relationships.

• A European passport is required for application.
