Customer Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with potential and current customers to assess their needs and suggest brightwheel solutions.

• Perform a high volume of outbound outreach and discovery efforts.

• Conduct customized live product demonstrations through Meets.

• Manage the entire pipeline from lead generation and qualification to demos, closing, customer retention, and renewal.

• Actively engage with at-risk and cancellation-risk accounts to identify issues and retain customers.

• Meet monthly targets for revenue, retention, demos, activities, and unit goals.

• Utilize Salesforce to oversee outreach, pipeline management, and follow-ups.

• Understand the competitive landscape and position brightwheel according to customer needs.

• Review calls and demonstrations with colleagues and managers to enhance sales skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer success or account management roles.

• Background in dealing with dissatisfied customers.

• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing challenging goals in a performance-oriented environment with regular evaluations.

• Comfort with high-volume and fast-paced sales, including making over 70 calls daily.

• Experience in managing high phone-volume activities.

• Proven experience working remotely.

• Familiarity with handling multiple workflows.

• Outstanding ability to identify customer challenges and provide solutions, as well as effectively address objections.

• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

• High tolerance for ambiguity.

• Preferred qualifications include: experience with Salesforce, Zoom, basic Excel/Sheets, working in a startup environment, and early education.
