This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Oversee, retain, and drive growth with national lodging and hospitality account partners.
β’ Forge and nurture executive-level relationships with national lodging brands, hotel management firms, ownership groups, hospitality procurement entities, and food and beverage stakeholders.
β’ Develop proposals that align guest experience, operational needs, brand standards, consumer insights, and financial benefits.
β’ Create and implement joint business plans, account strategies, and performance metrics.
β’ Gather and assess customer, channel, consumer, and property-level insights to pinpoint growth opportunities.
β’ Cultivate expertise in lodging and hospitality channel dynamics, food and beverage programming, and operational execution needs.
β’ Oversee and implement intricate partnership agreements and food and beverage programs.
β’ Perform cost-benefit analyses of hospitality partnerships.
β’ Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, category management, digital, finance, operations, and field sales.
β’ Supervise new program launches, national account implementations, and multi-property expansion initiatives.
β’ Represent NestlΓ© Professional Solutions both internally and externally with hospitality partners, procurement entities, and food and beverage decision-makers.
β’ Bachelor's degree (4-year).
β’ Minimum of 8 years of experience in direct national account sales, strategic account management, or general management within lodging, hospitality, premium/luxury, or food and beverage sectors.
β’ Experience with national hotel brands, lodging management firms, hospitality procurement organizations, or similar partners is strongly preferred.
β’ Background in selling, negotiating, or managing food and beverage programs within the lodging and hospitality sector.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in national program management, including multi-property or multi-unit launches across complex customer systems.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex contract negotiations with national accounts, procurement organizations, or enterprise-level customer partners.
β’ Strong financial acumen to assess program economics, customer profitability, and long-term partnership value.
β’ Functional understanding of marketing, operations, finance, customer strategy, and competitive dynamics within hospitality and foodservice settings.
β’ Capability to adapt strategies, formulate plans, and excel in ambiguous environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, customer bid requirements, and proposal submissions.
β’ Ability to distill complex information and communicate it in a clear, executive-ready, and customer-relevant manner.
