This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the customer lifecycle from post-implementation to contract renewal.
• Deliver continuous proactive account relationship management.
• Act as the customer-facing representative for Ooma Enterprise.
• Establish proactive connections with the top 50 customer accounts.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients on billing analysis and auditing tasks.
• Manage opportunities for ongoing contract renewals.
• Enhance account retention and minimize churn rates.
• Assist customers in effectively utilizing Ooma Enterprise products.
• Address escalated customer service issues via Freshdesk.
• Review and rectify billing discrepancies and aid in collections for overdue accounts.
• Discover innovative applications of AI in daily operations.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Support, Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure project completion on schedule and identify product/service opportunities.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SaaS account management, implementation, or technical customer success, or equivalent industry background.
• Proven track record in expanding existing accounts and fostering relationships.
• Proficient in French or Québecois.
• Solid understanding of accounting and billing fundamentals is essential.
• Experience with Hosted Telephony (VOIP/SIP) is mandatory.
• Comfortable engaging with clients at various organizational levels.
• Experience in collecting data from diverse sources and creating customer-facing PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents is required.
• Demonstrated success in Project and Client Life-cycle Management is advantageous.
• Strong technological aptitude and a willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of translating complex technical concepts and issues into understandable language.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
