Custom Recruitment Coordinator, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Customized Recruitment strategies for assigned qualitative and quantitative projects.

• Implement Custom Recruitment activities while adhering to specified budgets and deadlines.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to enhance internal completion rates and facilitate panel expansion.

• Oversee recruitment initiatives for up to 25 active projects.

• Utilize recruitment platforms, proprietary systems, bulk email/SMS tools, survey systems, social media, and various marketing and multimedia channels.

• Participate in IKO and project-related meetings with project managers and document action-plan notes.

• Evaluate and modify recruitment strategies to optimize internal samples and fulfill client requirements and profit objectives.

• Propose alternative internal sampling methods.

• Relay recruitment updates, progress, and challenges to internal project teams.

• Explore alternative recruitment methods to enhance response rates and lower expenses.

• Assist in strategies aimed at expanding the M3 Global Research panel.

• Offer project feasibility insights based on desk research and market intelligence.

• Share feedback and suggestions for enhancing M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Relevant studies in market research or healthcare are a plus, but not mandatory.

• 0–1 year of experience in market research.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of English grammar rules.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Quick to learn new technologies and software.

• Basic mathematical skills, including calculating incidence rates, response rates, and profits.

• Interest, innate curiosity, or prior experience/exposure in the healthcare sector.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Self-driven and able to adjust priorities throughout the workday.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.

• Ability to work during EU time zone hours.
