Custom Recruitment Coordinator, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Custom Recruitment strategies for assigned qualitative and quantitative projects.

• Carry out Custom Recruitment activities within the established budget and timelines.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to enhance internal completions and support the growth of panels.

• Oversee recruitment efforts for as many as 25 active projects.

• Utilize recruitment platforms and tools, proprietary systems, bulk email/SMS services, survey systems, social media, and other marketing/multimedia channels.

• Participate in IKO and project-related meetings alongside Project Managers and document action-plan notes.

• Formulate recruiting strategies, carry out tasks, monitor advancements, and modify strategies to optimize internal sampling and meet client requirements and profit goals.

• Suggest alternative internal sampling approaches.

• Relay recruitment updates, status reports, and issues to internal project teams.

• Ensure that recruitment activities align with specified timelines.

• Devise alternative strategies to enhance response rates and minimize project expenses.

• Contribute to strategies aimed at expanding the M3 Global Research panel.

• Offer project feasibility insights based on desk research and market intelligence.

• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred, though not mandatory.

• 0–1 year of experience in market research.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a solid understanding of English grammar rules.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a quick adaptability to new technologies/software.

• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, profits, etc.

• A keen interest, natural curiosity, or previous experience/exposure in the healthcare sector.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the initiative to enhance skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using available resources.

• Capability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.

• Self-driven and capable of reprioritizing tasks throughout the workday.

• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Availability to work during EU time zone hours.
