This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, revise, and align curriculum and instructional materials.
• Implement high-quality curriculum builds and updates informed by data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure that all course content is instructionally sound, aligned with standards, and meets compliance expectations.
• Assist with faculty-related processes, including hiring and professional development.
• Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts (SMEs), and academic leadership.
• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program support.
• Proven experience aligning curriculum with standards or competencies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, especially in academic or regulatory contexts.
• Proficient in using data to guide instructional or curriculum decisions.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• A Doctorate (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience in supporting accreditation or state approval processes (e.g., CAEP, DEAC, state Department of Education).
• Knowledge of standards frameworks (e.g., InTASC, ISTE, CEC, state-specific standards).
• Experience in online or blended learning environments.
• Proficient with LMS platforms or curriculum development tools.
• Experience in supporting faculty onboarding, professional development, or instructional coaching.
