Curriculum Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate and ensure consistency in the curriculum across all training initiatives.

• Review, revise, and validate Programs of Instruction (POI) as well as training materials.

• Embed operational feedback and lessons learned into the curriculum products.

• Collaborate with instructors, cadre, and the Synchronization Cell to maintain the relevance of training content.

• Assist in the creation of new training modules and the enhancement of existing ones.

• Ensure that curriculum products comply with applicable standards and contractual obligations.

• Maintain version control and configuration management for all training documentation.

• Provide subject matter expertise to leadership regarding the effectiveness of the curriculum and potential areas for improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or a related field.

• Experience with ISD/ADDIE models and the development of military POIs.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in curriculum development utilizing the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) / Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.

• Active Secret clearance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Experience in supporting military or DoD training programs.

• Strong skills in technical writing and configuration management.

• Ability to translate operational feedback into actionable updates for the curriculum.

• Familiarity with Mobile Training Teams and distributed training environments.
