📋 Description

• Champion Culture and Inclusion

• Spearhead the Culture, Inclusion & Belonging strategy throughout EMEA, integrating Amcor's Purpose, Values, and Behaviours.

• Define priorities, governance, and partnerships to achieve measurable business and employee outcomes.

• Oversee the complete execution of the Employee Engagement Survey, from initial planning to action planning.

• Transform employee feedback into actionable enhancements and assist sites in boosting engagement.

• Partner with HR, Business Group, and plant leaders to implement strategic people initiatives.

• Persuade senior stakeholders and steer cross-functional projects within a highly matrixed organization.

• Manage a suite of culture and organizational effectiveness initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation.

• Monitor progress through data, KPIs, and governance while overseeing external partners as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Culture, or Transformation.

• Demonstrable experience in leading intricate culture, engagement, or organizational effectiveness programs in a manufacturing setting that supports multiple plants.

• Strong capability to convert strategy into actionable plans, handle multiple priorities, and deliver quantifiable results.

• Proven track record in influencing senior leaders and mobilizing stakeholders across various functions, business units, and regions.

• Experience in leading regional employee engagement initiatives, along with exceptional project and change management skills in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
