CT Clinical Education/Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical education on Siemens CT imaging systems and components through in-person, remote, or virtual training sessions.

• Professionally represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education.

• Collaborate with modality team members to cultivate clinically relevant knowledge and expertise.

• Assist with Education and Workforce Solutions deliverables, which include Siemens FlexForce engagements.

• Prepare documentation that is approved by regulatory bodies for end-user training.

• Develop, update, and maintain educational materials and offerings.

• Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Train technologists, physicians, physicists, and other personnel on the safe and effective use of Siemens equipment.

• Oversee regulatory and core process requirements, which include timecards, travel arrangements, expense reporting, vendor credentialing, and training documentation.

• Independently manage time, priorities, projects, travel, and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate and facilitate training activities that enhance clinical outcomes, patient care, workflow, and productivity.

• Maintain clinical and technical proficiency through ongoing education and Siemens training programs.

• Travel at least 95% of the time, typically on weekdays, with two to four overnight stays each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid ARRT Certification/Licensure in Computed Tomography — mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of recent clinical CT scanning experience using contemporary Siemens CT equipment and software — mandatory.

• Proficiency in routine CT imaging with modern Siemens CT systems — mandatory.

• Must live within one hour of the airport associated with the posted position — mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Reliable high-speed internet access from home.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

• Full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites is required.

• Must fulfill applicable vendor credentialing standards, which may include valid ID, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.

• Capability to work with controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control laws.

• BA or BS degree — preferred.

• Over 5 years of clinical CT scanning experience — preferred.

• Expertise in Cardiac CT, Dual Energy CT, CT Intervention, Neuro Perfusion, Pediatric Imaging, and syngo.via post-processing — preferred.

• Previous teaching experience — preferred.
