CSR, Takedown Associate – Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee eCommerce websites, social media channels, and other online platforms for unauthorized use of product images, trademarks, and brand materials.

• Record instances of intellectual property violations using screenshots, URLs, and supporting documentation.

• Submit takedown requests in accordance with platform guidelines, including DMCA-related procedures when necessary.

• Work alongside internal teams on intricate infringement matters and recurring violations.

• Keep precise records of cases, actions taken, outcomes, and timelines.

• Provide consistent reports and updates regarding enforcement activities.

• Identify unauthorized sellers and potential counterfeit items.

• Assist in broader brand protection efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in eCommerce, intellectual property protection, online enforcement, or a similar field.

• Understanding of DMCA procedures and intellectual property legislation.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs.

• Familiarity with advanced Google search techniques.

• Capacity to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.

• Knowledge of major eCommerce and social media platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, and Instagram, along with their respective policies.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the specified location.
