CSR – Takedown Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee eCommerce websites, social media channels, and other online platforms for unauthorized usage of product images, trademarks, and brand assets.

• Record instances of intellectual property violations using screenshots, URLs, and relevant evidence.

• Submit takedown requests in accordance with platform policies and procedures, including DMCA-related processes when necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams on intricate infringement cases and recurring violations.

• Keep precise records of cases, actions taken, outcomes, and timelines.

• Provide routine reports and updates on enforcement activities.

• Assist in brand protection efforts by identifying unauthorized sellers and potential counterfeit items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in eCommerce, intellectual property protection, online enforcement, or a related area.

• Knowledge of DMCA procedures and intellectual property legislation.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational abilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in Google Sheets and Google Docs.

• Understanding of advanced Google search techniques.

• Capability to work independently and effectively manage priorities.

• Familiarity with major eCommerce and social media platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, and Instagram, as well as their related policies.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the applicable location.
