C/S Teleoperador – Experiencia Planilla Completa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential Entel customers to offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Meet the established sales targets.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with each customer.

• Participate in a 9-day training program: 4 days of theoretical training and 5 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education; minimum age of 18 years.

• No prior work experience is necessary.

• Camera must be on during training sessions.

• A laptop or PC is required for the training phase.

• Intel i3/i5/i7 (6th generation or higher) or Ryzen 3+ processor.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Windows 10 or a newer version is necessary.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, and dynamism.
