• Organize reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities.

• Provide clients with detailed information regarding schedules, documentation, and policies.

• Keep precise records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

• Oversee reservations and offer assistance with modifications or support as required.

• Foster and sustain long-term client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
