CRT Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Set up and operate both small and large format commercial dehumidification, power generation, and related peripheral equipment for commercial restoration applications.

• Manage temporary power generation, desiccant, heating, and cooling equipment.

• Conduct operator-level maintenance on equipment.

• Manipulate and install temporary ducting, occasionally from heights using a man-lift.

• Carry out basic carpentry tasks.

• Track all hours worked on projects using a proprietary web-based application.

• Log all equipment utilized on projects in a proprietary web-based application.

• Provide comprehensive photo documentation of equipment in operation at job sites.

• Capture and photograph project psychrometric readings using company-provided meters.

• Order fuel and oversee as well as forecast project fueling needs.

• Collaborate with CRT Sales Representatives on assigned projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Be prepared to deploy to selected project sites and/or locations affected by catastrophic events as needed, possibly for extended durations.

• Have and demonstrate a working knowledge of smartphone applications.

• Have and demonstrate a working knowledge of web-based applications.

• Have and demonstrate a working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).

• Must be capable of bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the position.

• Ability to drive for extended periods, load and unload heavy equipment, work in extreme weather conditions, and/or work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Previous experience in the Restoration Industry or a similar field is preferred.
