This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide personalized assistance and address inquiries and requirements from Claro customers.

• Engage in cross-selling during customer interactions.

• Identify opportunities and suggest additional products or services tailored to customer needs.

• Participate in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (essential requirement).

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales (formal or informal).

• PC or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM.

• Windows 11 Pro operating system.

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

• Functional headset with microphone.

• Webcam.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday during the specified hours.
