This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take charge of the entire revenue function: go-to-market strategies, sales, pipeline management, and revenue objectives.
β’ Establish and implement the go-to-market strategy aimed at enterprise and mid-market security customers.
β’ Build and direct the sales and marketing team.
β’ Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine positioning, pricing strategy, and ideal customer profile.
β’ Manage relationships with key accounts, partners, and channel opportunities.
β’ Provide insights on market trends and buyer preferences that will directly impact the product roadmap.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in B2B sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior revenue leadership position (such as VP of Sales, CRO, or similar).
β’ Direct experience in the cybersecurity sector.
β’ A demonstrated history of selling to enterprise security buyers (CISOs, security team leads).
β’ Understanding of the CISO purchasing process and enterprise security procurement.
β’ Experience in establishing a sales function from the ground up, including process development, playbook creation, and team building.
β’ Strong individual contributor mindset: capable of closing deals independently before delegating tasks.
β’ Ability to navigate through high levels of ambiguity and operate with limited resources.
β’ Ownership of a key cybersecurity product.
β’ Direct collaboration with founders and senior engineering teams.
β’ High level of autonomy and significant influence on product direction.
