CRM, Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new clients.

• Generate order forms and set up accounts for electricity, gas, water, and broadband services.

• Verify the status of services before clients' move-in dates.

• Address incoming client inquiries promptly and courteously in line with response-time expectations.

• Ensure daily maintenance of accurate internal systems and client tracking databases.

• Follow up and resolve issues related to billing and direct debits with clients and utility providers.

• Strategize and create content for social media platforms.

• Keep brand channels active and aligned with brand identity.

• Design marketing materials for clients and partners.

• Utilize Claude and other AI tools to draft communications for clients, update administrative systems, and schedule social media posts.

• Exceptional command of written English with a warm, professional tone suitable for high-end market clientele.

• Proven interest in social media and marketing, with practical experience in managing channels or creating content (either professionally or personally).

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.

• Comfort and confidence in learning and utilizing digital tools.

• Openness to regularly adopt AI platforms like Claude, with comprehensive training provided.

• Capability to work remotely with full availability during UK business hours.

• Prior experience in customer service, client coordination, lettings, or property administration.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Claude.
