CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Utilize customer insight frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, and Empathy Mapping to gain a deeper understanding of customer challenges and requirements.

• Create and implement CRM strategies based on customer analysis insights and Bloomreach.

• Design and execute multichannel campaigns across various platforms including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications.

• Customize campaign content for distinct customer segments identified through insight frameworks.

• Evaluate campaign performance using analytical tools and enhance strategies through data-driven analysis.

• Collaborate with product, sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Bloomreach or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for data management, campaign execution, and analytics.

• Experienced in email design and coding, using platforms like Stripo.

• Capable of utilizing analytics platforms and/or SQL for data analysis and informed decision-making.

• Copywriting skills are advantageous.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, crucial for effective teamwork in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively apply customer insights frameworks to CRM strategies.

• Highly adaptable with a strong commitment to learning and implementing new methodologies in customer insight and CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
