This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of intake, sizing, sequencing, and forecasting for the Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration backlog.
• Keep a continuous delivery forecast and suggest the order for committed tasks.
• Lead communication and escalation efforts for the CRM and integration portfolio delivery.
• Provide updates on status, risks, and forecast modifications to business stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Oversee dependencies and delivery risks across Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure integration, ERP, and webstore systems.
• Collaborate with the ERP Project Manager for cross-system sequencing.
• Manage release processes and environment coordination, which includes scheduling, readiness criteria, cutover, and post-release validation.
• Coordinate CRM and integration implementation along with product vendors, managing schedules, statements of work, and hand-offs.
• Utilize Azure DevOps as the delivery system of record.
• Generate delivery reports and metrics, comparing actual results against forecasts, throughput, and slippage.
• Organize production support and defect intake into the delivery plan.
• Remain updated with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integration services, along with vendor release roadmaps.
• Report directly to the Manager of Digital Transformation; this role is a senior individual contributor position with no direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of experience in delivering technology projects.
• More than 3 years of experience leading the delivery of a CRM platform and its integrations.
• Strong preference for Dynamics 365; Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM is acceptable if the integration depth is substantial.
• Proven understanding of SaaS delivery lifecycles, including vendor-controlled release cadence, environment and sandbox strategy, as well as upgrade and regression timelines.
• Experience in delivering both custom solutions developed from scratch and extensions integrated into packaged SaaS platforms.
• Proficient in integration delivery on Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) or similar middleware.
• Demonstrated use of Azure DevOps, or a similar tool, as an effective planning and forecasting system.
• Established vendor and partner management experience.
• Capability to establish and uphold intake, prioritization, and release processes.
• Strong aptitude for identifying dependencies and risks across integrated systems.
• Ability to influence and coordinate among business, IT, ERP, and vendor teams without formal authority.
• Sound judgment in sequencing a backlog against competing business priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• May occasionally require travel.
• Capacity to support a global environment across multiple time zones.
• May occasionally need to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
