CRM & Email Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategize, develop, and implement email campaigns in Klaviyo to enhance customer engagement, retention, and sales.

• Craft compelling email copy and designs that resonate with customers and drive action.

• Collaborate with the team to define campaign priorities and methodologies.

• Offer innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of email communications.

• Track email performance, propose enhancements, and execute changes and tests accordingly.

• Ensure the delivery of precise, well-targeted campaigns and automated emails.

• Uphold consistent quality across content, audience selection, and customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in planning, building, and executing email campaigns within a marketing automation platform.

• Strong skills in email copywriting and design, evidenced by a portfolio showcasing contributions in both areas.

• Solid marketing judgment and the ability to articulate the rationale behind a message or design's effectiveness for the target audience.

• Capability to evaluate email performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Practical experience with an email marketing platform; Klaviyo experience is preferred, but experience with other platforms will also be considered.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail in execution and quality control.

• Ability to independently manage daily campaign delivery.

• Capacity to collaborate with a Singapore-based team across different time zones.

• Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer is preferred.

• Experience in health, wellness, or supplements is advantageous.

• A portfolio or three to five email samples that illustrate contributions to copy, design, and development.

• Information regarding the email platforms utilized and the duration of use for each.

• One example of an enhancement made to improve email performance.

• A computer with adequate performance specifications.

• At least two monitor screens, including the laptop display.

• A noise-cancelling headset with a microphone and webcam.

• A designated workspace in a quiet and conducive environment.

• Reliable power supply and internet connectivity.
