This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage a ticket queue for partner-related Salesforce inquiries, encompassing data corrections, field modifications, reporting inquiries, and pipeline inconsistencies.

• Diagnose integration issues across PartnerStack, Workato, and Salesforce, resolving workflow or synchronization challenges internally.

• Assist with partner commission inquiries by verifying and rectifying foundational Salesforce data.

• Carry out extensive data cleanup, deduplication, and reconciliation initiatives.

• Oversee enrichment requests for customer, prospect, and partner records, which includes defining requirements, directing sourcing to the data team, and importing validated data into Salesforce.

• Develop and sustain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Partnerships and GTM stakeholders.

• Conduct analytical projects for GTM leadership, such as technology stack consolidation, utilizing AI tools when applicable.

• Record workflows and propose enhancements to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification — highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, or GTM/CRM Systems.

• Experience with CRM data cleanup, reconciliation, and bulk updating.

• Proficient in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards; advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Prior experience with integration/automation middleware (such as Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar) is strongly preferred; ability to interpret workflow scripts to identify issues is advantageous.

• A proactive communicator who seeks clarification before taking action, manages tickets from start to finish, and balances multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of PartnerStack, Gong, CauseIQ, Crossbeam, ZoomInfo, or Clay is a plus.
