This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage, enhance, and oversee Salesforce, including its objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and lead routing.
• Oversee HubSpot operations, which encompass marketing automation, channel integrations, performance and pipeline attribution, as well as workflows.
• Conduct testing of changes in a sandbox environment, deploy them to production, and facilitate team enablement.
• Take ownership of the Salesforce–HubSpot synchronization, enrichment, and outbound tools such as Clay and Instantly, as well as CRM feeds to the data warehouse and AI integrations.
• Administer users, permissions, and licenses within the go-to-market technology stack.
• Assess new tools and streamline redundant ones.
• Design and uphold the CRM data model, which includes fields and picklists.
• Provide support, training, and empowerment for Sales Development, Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success in their daily CRM activities.
• Transform recurring inquiries into processes, self-service dashboards, documentation, automations, and agents.
• Document, monitor, and enhance the CRM, data model, and automations.
• Establish a reliable data foundation for Synera’s company-wide AI agents.
• Practical experience administering Salesforce in a B2B sales environment.
• Salesforce certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with real Salesforce flows and technical logic.
• Proficient knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing-automation platform.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in creating ETL/data pipelines using Airflow or similar tools.
• Background in building data models.
• Capability to troubleshoot data synchronization across three different tools.
• Experience in developing reporting and forecasting utilized by various teams.
• Familiarity with scripts, APIs, workflow tools, and AI agents.
• Regular use of LLMs in daily operations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues, sales representatives, marketers, and executives.
• Residency in Germany is required.
