This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver clinical customer support as the expert in clinical application knowledge for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products.
• Facilitate the design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of solutions.
• Act as a clinical resource for customers throughout the multi-phase implementation and go-live processes.
• Collaborate with field service, sales, project management, internal teams, and customers.
• Comprehend customer objectives and develop plans for clinical solutions implementation and usage.
• Provide consultative clinical services concentrated on workflows and optimization.
• Evaluate workflows and educational requirements; devise educational plans.
• Identify custom configuration needs.
• Organize and deliver training for equipment and applications.
• Assist with initial customer use, promote change adoption, and enhance complex monitoring solutions.
• Utilize product and clinical expertise to resolve technical implementation challenges, including networks and clinical informatics systems.
• Travel approximately 90% within the district, involving daily driving and occasional overnight trips, as well as air, train, bus, and national travel.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU environments.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Current and active Registered Nurse license with required verification.
• Previous clinical training and experience in adult education delivery is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications is preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) credentials are preferred.
• Strong interest in technology and patient-care education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work in office/home-office, remote, and healthcare environments.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business needs.
• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• May need to fulfill vendor credentialing requirements.
• US work authorization is required; no current or future visa sponsorship available.
• Must live in or be within commuting distance to Northern California.
