Criminal Justice Community Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold direct referral connections within designated markets.

• Engage in client relations, marketing, and customer service initiatives within the marketing department.

• Foster positive relationships with the community and the public.

• Sustain current referral sources and broaden the referral network.

• Cultivate business relationships in the assigned area.

• Contribute insights to the comprehensive company marketing strategy.

• Generate necessary reports.

• Assist in the establishment of financial objectives for the designated region.

• Collaborate with programs to comprehend the needs of clients, programs, and referral sources.

• Complete necessary training and fulfill mandatory training hours.

• Execute additional duties as required.

• Travel locally as dictated by operational needs.

• No supervisory duties involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Suffolk County, Norfolk County, Bristol County, or Plymouth County.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing is preferred.

• 3-5 years’ experience in Drug & Alcohol and/or Mental Health fields is preferred.

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Counselor, Assessor, or in Community Relations with direct client care is preferred.

• Familiarity with chemical dependency and psychiatric treatment is essential.

• Understanding of marketing techniques within a behavioral healthcare context is necessary.

• Capability to empathize and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Self-motivated individual with the capacity to adapt quickly to changes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs.

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

• Attend and engage in mandatory meetings.

• Completion of all required training as specified by the company and relevant accreditation/licensing bodies.

• Familiarity with federal and state regulations, standards from regulatory bodies, and compliance standards.

• Must have the ability to provide personal transportation for local travel.

• Capability to meet physical demands, including lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.
