Community Engagement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee Unrivaled’s real-time voice presence across all platforms for the entirety of the 2026–2027 season, including weekend game days, live events, and significant league moments.

• Create platform-specific captions, publish timely content, and engage actively with fans.

• Manage daily community interaction on Unrivaled's Instagram broadcast channel and Threads.

• Respond to and like comments on Instagram, Threads, X, and YouTube.

• Engage with posts from Unrivaled players and investors to enhance relationships and increase visibility.

• Monitor and reply to direct messages promptly, using an authentic and brand-consistent voice.

• Participate in live chats during YouTube Live game broadcasts and provide real-time engagement coverage during games and events.

• Track significant interactions, fan sentiment, and engagement trends.

• Source and reshare fan-generated content to Threads and Stories.

• Collaborate with social, content, and creative teams to refine messaging and community strategies.

• Stay updated on platform features, fan culture, and emerging trends.

• Assist in overseeing the automated messaging strategy and responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in social media, digital content, or community management (including internships).

• Strong knowledge of Threads and X, including both platform mechanics and cultural behaviors.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to modify tone for conversational, witty, and real-time content.

• Comfort with live posting during games and handling fast-paced fan engagement.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to multitask in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

• Experience with social scheduling tools (such as Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, or similar) is preferred.

• A passion for sports, entertainment, and digital storytelling.
