Credit Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations, verifications, and analyses of credit information to support loan decisions.

• Provide timely and precise supplements to credit reports.

• Act as a reliable customer-facing authority throughout the credit verification procedure.

• Handle incoming and outstanding supplement requests with meticulous attention to detail.

• Analyze and interpret credit reports, including intricate situations such as bankruptcy and foreclosure.

• Guarantee adherence to all Federal and State regulations as well as privacy standards.

• Maintain documentation and follow training manuals, workflows, and policy guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with credit operations and production teams to prioritize supplement requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the financial services or mortgage services sector (required).

• Solid understanding of credit services, reports, and regulatory requirements.

• Customer service experience in a professional setting.

• Capability to interpret complex credit situations (such as foreclosure and bankruptcy).

• Exceptional communication, decision-making, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team-focused environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is HIGHLY preferred.

• Willingness to accommodate the PST time zone.
