This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct due diligence and field examination tasks for clients.

• Oversee, train, and mentor staff, including providing performance feedback and evaluations.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and disseminate knowledge within the business unit.

• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client challenges and conflicts, offering communication on potential solutions.

• Manage engagement deliverables and carry out technical and strategic reviews to uphold quality control standards.

• Cultivate new client relationships with upper management through meetings, presentations, and proposals.

• Oversee billing and realization for assigned clients while developing engagement budgets.

• Grasp client needs effectively.

• Foster a positive team culture and support management decisions.

• Suggest improvements for internal department procedures.

• Identify business prospects for clients and CBIZ.

• Assist clients across financial institutions, non-bank lenders, debt funds, private equity and hedge funds, institutional investors, and companies seeking debt or equity financing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.

• 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Must possess an active CPA or equivalent certification.

• Capability to manage all facets of client engagements.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all organizational levels, internally and externally.

• Must be willing to travel based on client and business requirements.

• Proficient in relevant technology.

• Preferred 7-10 years of experience in ABL, Securitization, and Private Equity Due Diligence; or 7-10 years of experience as an Internal Auditor or Credit Reviewer within the Financial Services Industry.
