Credit Recovery Assistant – Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the portfolio of overdue customers, assessing their profiles to establish strategic priorities.

• Reach out to customers through WhatsApp, chat, or phone, employing an empathetic, clear, and solution-focused approach in accordance with departmental policies.

• Engage in negotiations following predefined negotiation guidelines and terms.

• Track active agreements and keep accurate records of customer service interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, negotiation, sales, or collections.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel or Google Sheets).

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related disciplines (preferred).

• Familiarity with collections tools and procedures, including credit bureau reporting, debt dispute processes, and general notifications (preferred).

• Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
