This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Act as the Oracle Banking Collections Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)

• Design and configure collection processes within Oracle Banking Collections

• Define collection strategies

• Set up collection workflows

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Provide functional training to users

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of Collections Management and Delinquency Management

• Experience with Recovery Processes

• Familiarity with Promise to Pay and Customer Segmentation

• Experience in Legal Collections

• CBAP certification is desirable

• Scrum Master certification is desirable
