Credit and Collections Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer support and assistance to both internal and external customers.

• Oversee and refresh information within healthcare operator and health plan portals.

• Evaluate billing disputes, denials, and discrepancies, determining causes, amounts, and necessary actions.

• Collect, assess, and verify documents, billing records, pricing, and invoices associated with collections.

• Supervise supply, billing, and collections processes, aiding in the recovery of overdue amounts and resolving financial challenges.

• Work in collaboration with the Sales, Logistics, Technical Support, and Credit and Collections teams.

• Maintain communication with customers to gather and validate supporting documentation.

• Prepare and uphold controls, checklists, and customer histories.

• Utilize corporate systems and tools, including FSCM.

• Identify underlying causes of denials, disputes, and delinquencies, suggesting improvements.

• Assist with the department’s administrative and operational tasks.

• Ensure that activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, procedures, ethical standards, and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service, billing analysis, dispute resolution, and/or denial analysis.

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.

• Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to manage and verify documentation and information.

• Familiarity with corporate systems, digital tools, and administrative controls.

• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and task follow-up.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and various internal teams.

• Results-driven, problem-solving attitude focusing on continuous improvement.

• Collaborative, organized, proactive, and quality-focused approach to processes.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
