This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist travel healthcare candidates throughout the credentialing and compliance process, from onboarding to clearance.
β’ Verify candidate documentation for thoroughness, precision, and adherence to facility and Aya standards.
β’ Engage with candidates, healthcare facilities, recruiters, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and address any outstanding issues.
β’ Track candidate files, deadlines, and start dates to ensure prompt clearance.
β’ Keep accurate records of candidates in credentialing and compliance systems.
β’ Implement departmental processes, resources, and facility requirements to efficiently advance files.
β’ Recognize, troubleshoot, and resolve standard credentialing issues; escalate complex matters as needed.
β’ Balance daily workload and priorities while achieving KPIs, SLAs, and clearance goals.
β’ Provide support for other Credentialing Specialists by assessing active files, deadlines, and pending requirements.
β’ Contribute to team initiatives, process enhancements, overflow tasks, and special projects.
β’ Ensure a professional, positive, and solution-focused experience in every interaction.
β’ Act as a liaison among candidates, internal teams, and healthcare facilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in place of formal education.
β’ Experience in a dynamic, deadline-oriented administrative, healthcare, staffing, credentialing, compliance, or customer service setting.
β’ Capability to manage various priorities while adhering to deadlines and service level commitments.
β’ Strong focus on detail and the ability to recognize missing, incorrect, or incomplete information.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Capacity to build trust and foster positive relationships with candidates, facilities, and internal partners.
β’ Proven problem-solving skills and ability to effectively utilize available resources.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
β’ Comfortable with learning and navigating various systems and processes.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning credentialing and compliance systems.
β’ Preferred: experience in healthcare staffing, travel nursing, travel allied, credentialing, compliance, or a related healthcare field.
β’ Preferred: experience working with healthcare providers, candidates, hospitals, or healthcare facilities.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with credentialing, compliance, onboarding, licensing, or healthcare documentation requirements.
β’ Preferred: experience managing a high-volume workload in a service-oriented environment.
