This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Validate the credentials of healthcare providers, including their licensure, education, training, and pertinent certifications.
• Keep precise and current credentialing records for all healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation criteria.
• Engage with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary credentialing information.
• Aid in the prompt resolution of any credentialing issues or discrepancies.
• Take part in audits and quality enhancement initiatives related to credentialing processes.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in medical credentialing within a healthcare environment.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in utilizing credentialing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
