Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee creator careers, assisting creators in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Manage influencer portfolios, supporting talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels utilizing in-house tools and personal expertise.

• Create content strategies tailored to clients' needs.

• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand Grail’s roster of talent.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the US / one of the top managers in the US.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and drive your own agenda.

• Eagerness to put in the effort to achieve results.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a plus.
