Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility.

• Secure partnership deals for creators.

• Identify and onboard new creators, with a focus on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Book top-tier talent for various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams on overall strategy and expansion of the talent roster.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored to clients.

• Work independently and remotely in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Eagerness to work diligently to accomplish tasks.
