Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the careers and influencer portfolios of content creators

• Assist creators in expanding their audience, enhancing their platform presence, and monetizing their content

• Secure brand partnerships for talent

• Utilize in-house software and expertise to negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Create content strategies tailored for clients

• Identify and recruit both emerging and established creators

• Develop and maintain relationships with brands and agencies

• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate overall strategy and expand Grail's talent roster

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Design influencer marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness through analytics

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Capacity to work independently and pursue your own agenda

• Willingness to put in the effort to accomplish tasks

• Bonus: Background in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies
