Creator Sourcing and Content Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Locate and identify high-caliber short-form video creators, primarily focused on the US market, across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts by utilizing targeted keywords and hashtags.

• Evaluate creators based on the quality of their content, adherence to brand safety, compliance with platform guidelines, and overall volume.

• Forward qualified creator profiles to the Licensing Specialist.

• Eliminate hashtags from headlines and correct typographical errors.

• Choose appropriate thumbnails and ensure a well-rounded content mix in the internal CMS.

• Occasionally coordinate with conference vendors and manage merchandise.

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly performance reports for creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a deep understanding of social media, possess smart searching skills, and be able to discern high-quality content.

• Strong reading comprehension skills for reviewing headlines for typos and suitability.

• Excellent written communication abilities for editing headlines and descriptions.

• Proficient verbal communication skills for effective team interaction.

• A USB headset equipped with noise-cancellation features.

• A functional webcam.

• A computer with a minimum processor speed of 1.8 GHz and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Main internet connection speed of no less than 25 Mbps via cable.

• Backup internet connection speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Capability to work UK hours.

• Availability for 40 hours each week.
